Extremely poor to no support for configs, questions ignored. No help for item configuration, only requests for extra payment. Chaotic wiki. Out of 400 updates, maybe 100 are significant. Prioritizes new plugins over fixing issues for profit. Cannot recommend purchasing the Eco series in its current state.

I do not recommend the plugin for its price and quality, they are very bad, there are free plugins that are easier and more complete, I bought it because I expected much more from Auxilior

Confusing at first, but after a while I got the hang of it. Another great plugin by Auxilor :)

It took a moment to wrap my head around the multiple configs, but this got better with updates when it moved to individual files per crate. Configuring a reward is as simple as: ID, command to run/item to give, and display details, and chances. So simple. Players can also get virtual keys which function exactly the same, but it means you don't need any physical crates if you don't want them. Support is there if you need it, both from helpful support staff, but also many active community members who try their best to help too! This is the 3rd crate plugin I tried, and its definitely the best, third times the charm I suppose, but you should make this your first time.

Not to be the guy to hate on something, but EcoCrates is truthfully the worst Eco plugin out there, the configuration is complicated and hard to understand and the Wiki doesn't provide any useful information. - Missing information on how to disable specific features in the crates. - Missing information on how to use the patterns & assign items & define crate rewards on specific slot locations. - Missing tons of more information on how to get started with the plugin. Reported various issues in the discord, but other plugins get higher priority it seems like.

Amazing plugin, there is nothing alike. The developer too, what a hero he is. Having all these super stable plugins, this is what everyone need.

It's a really good crate plugin it's made to last and it's something that supports everything, I can do whatever I want with it and I love it.
