Does this auto detect players using a VPN or is it just a tool to blacklist IP addresses?
If this plugin detects use of VPN can i then whitelist players like donators to use a VPN?

If a player has a VPN, he will be added to the blacklist, so he does not waste api limits. If the player has the right antivpn.bypass, blacklist check and check in principle is ignored. The plugin has 3 modes of storage in server memory, in sqlite, in redis.
