Fixes & Config update!

Fixed a few things:
- Unable to use "&" for prefix colors.
- Unable to edit how the NAME and MESSAGES looks.
We remade the config file to make EASY for you to edit, you can now:
- Edit how chat looks like
- Edit what the main command is
- Edit what the aliases are
- Edit user toggled message (onEnable, onDisable, sendDonateChatWhileToggled)
