Cooldown placeholder
The plugin is receiving a big recoding the Spigot version will be released with the release of version 2.2, if you want to use the stable plugin use version 2.1.5
It also includes breaks as files, ids and more used to be called outposts and are now called outposts
- Changed the cooldown placeholder functonality and now don't return 600 seconds but minutes and sec.
- Added new message when the cooldown finished
