☆ Combat Companions ☆ 2.0.1

Small update today: "/companions list" command has been added as I have noticed it was a little difficult to know what companions have been created without having to go through the GUI or config files. This can become confusing when you have a lot of companions so here is the fix!

I have also packaged plugin versions for different spigot versions into a single zip file so everything is in one place.
